Your Success Team
We are Tammy and Barry Gibson, a husband and wife team that have a passion for helping people live healthy, happy and successful lives.
Together we coach and mentor motivated golfers of all ages to feel better, move better, and be better on and off the golf course, helping them to live their passion. We both absolutely love golf, it’s a huge part of our lives. Together, we enjoy a happy, healthy and successful lifestyle of coaching,
I’ve been a leader, management coach and competitive amateur golfer for the past 30 years, loving to engage with people and compete to the best of my ability. I am a Certified Block Therapist, Certified Jack Canfield Success Principles Trainer, Level 2 Rules of Golf Referee and am Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified.
I’ve always had a passion for fitness and sports, particularly the game of golf. And I’m proud to say that I’ve had a fair bit of success in that area, being a five-time provincial amateur golf champion and ten-time national championship participant. I’m also a big fan of personal development and love reading and writing on this subject.
Throughout my experiences, I’ve met some amazing people and discovered my own formula for success, both in golf and in life. I’ve learned that getting better isn’t just about improving technique and getting in more practice, whether on the golf course or in life. Achieving better performance on the outside needs to come from the inside, both body and mind.
I’m a PGA of Canada Golf Professional with over 30 years of experience as a golf shop operator, manager, teaching professional, coach and mentor. I’ve made a lot of birdies and bogeys along the way but through it all, teaching, coaching and helping others with their golf has been my passion.
I’m an avid Led Zeppelin and Boston Bruins fan and when I’m not busy helping golfers, I enjoy tinkering around trying to play some Zeppelin on my guitar and catching up on the Bruins.
I’ve suffered from chronic back pain over the past 20 years or so, as well as arthritis in my shoulders, all due to past injuries, chronic repetitive strain and a lifestyle of spending most of my working hours standing on my feet for long periods of time. It got so bad that playing golf was difficult, to say the least, never mind a meaningful quality of life. As one doctor commented, “You’re on your way to a wheelchair sooner than you think!”! I tried many forms of treatment and fitness training, all good and I continue with many today, but nothing had any long lasting positive change until I found a way to change my body and mind from within. That’s why I’m here today to share that with you. There is a better way to live and play without chronic pain and limitations, and live your best life possible, on and off the course!
Our mission is to inspire and motivate you to take action and become advocates of your own health and well-being, moving you toward positive change.

I was looking for a way to release my spine and strengthen rotation for the golf season, so what drew me to this approach was the promise of passive engagement with no joint impact or risk of injury strain, endorsed by trusted “recovered” golfers. What has surprised me are the immediate functional and therapeutic benefits I can create through the targeted focus on diaphragmatic breathing. I am really looking forward to seeing how this block therapy technique can optimize
I really like that the block therapy technique goes beyond the regular stretching or yoga type class. With time there is a noticeable improvement in the ability to do the positions which in turn translates into improved overall movement. I very much enjoy the sessions and feel invigorated and much looser
After a 6 day trek my glutes, hamstrings
